Recently, Callebaut has created a smaller block of its rich, smooth Chocolate to better serve this market. These half-kilogram blocks break into easy-to-use sticks. Home bakers now have access to the raw materials for making delicious dark Chocolate mousse or a flourless Chocolate torte, in which the quality of the Chocolate used can make or break the final masterpiece.
